Yesterday was the first Saturday, after a very very long time, that i actually had nothing to do as in NO plans or activities! I had the WHOLE day for myself. I decided that I should finally spend some time for myself which i havent done for (again) a very very long time. So i started off waking up late. Then woke up, watch tv and sleep again! haha. it felt good! i know i can never chance upon this type of saturday again!
To my ruggers: There's training tmr, 5pm. Bring your boots and tracks.

It's going to be interesting fasting at the same time training.
It feels very odd to suddenly stop doing what you have always been doing.
