back to training

WOHOOO!
Today we finally started our rugby training again. After a long break for Promos, I finally get to touch, kick and pass the rugby ball.. its like.. YEAH MAN! I seriously missed the sport so much that no words could describe it.. =p Its about time to do something which i really love and excel in.

The only "not nice" part about starting trg is firstly, you dont only train on ball work but also fitness. I guess not alot of players will b looking forward to that but its one of the most important factor for any team to suceed.

Now.. its still good to know that after 2dae's trg i m still surviving.. cos training (including fitness) and fasting dont compliment each other. the worst part is trg will get more n more intensive. at least i got martin to tahan with me. we can do it! yes! LoL! we can lose more weigth and go K.O. together! =) somehow, wen i fast i noticed that there are more frequent water breaks but the time for water breaks are not long enough. mabye its just me. haha. but i guess to survive todays trg, taking to account i didnt had any food nor drink since 5.30am, is a great achievement. as of now, every trg is not only a physical endurance but also mental. May the force be with us! (ok lame.)

Another thing that made my day good was that i got national colours! its on 21st Oct.. that's something i hav always been waiting for a long long time. something in which i had always aimed for. something to be proud of but i shall tell myself not to get this into my head cos it'll do more harm than good. now, higher expectations for myself with a much more challenging goal to achieve!

tmr got national trg.. about time i go.. haha!

reading this NLP & Sports book by Joseph O'Connor and liked what he said:
"Physical skill is impoertnat in sport, but bodies do not compete, people compete- with their body, mind and emotions."

Did i did the right thing by telling u what i know? I really dont know.
