7s

tis whole week realli didnt hav time to update my blog. hav been super packed tis week. i guess now back to the books no more jking arnd. tis week also preparing for the 7s during the weekdays. i hav 2 say sajc scc 7s team has performed very well on sat. we won all our games against 3 jcs (which i forgot the name) and united world college.

we hav been training very hard for the 7s n it has realli paid off. so now we r going to the semis which is on nxt sun at national stadium! yeah! tis is once in a lifetime opportunity! so i shall not miss it.

SCC 7s, Sat:
met the 7s team at city hall mrt at 12.30pm. as usual some of them r super late. first game at 2pm. weather is terribly hot. drink n drink n drink oso not enuf. played our 1st game. scored 2 tries! wohooo! didnt play tat well mabye its our 1st game. but as wat mr lenoard ong said, every game shd b better than before. 2nd game much better but still a little crappy. we won though. i scored one try from the center of the field. 1st time in my life having to run 50 meters 2 score a try. hahaha. wen i reach the 22m was looking for support but there was no 1 there to off load too. lol. so got to chiong all the way. 3rd game much more better. beat the daylights of a jc (cant rmber the name). final game was against united world college (uwc). uwc was one of the team fav. most pple thought they would win cos they hav much much more bigger players. but we proved the supporters wrong. we won uwc 38-0! haha. we realli played every well tat game. looking for all the games n trying not to commit ourselves in the tackles as it would b very risky taking into account tat they r stronger than us. then got one time one of sajc player (shant say who) missed a tackle. n i the broke who broke through was 3x as big as me. unfortunately i was the rover (last line of defense) so no choice but to tackle him. i didnt bring the player down but at least stopped him from moving. hahahaha. too hard to tackle him to ground. sheesh. anyways game ended we won. mr tong was impressed wif out performance. great! now its time to focus n beat rjc in the semis @ national stadium!
