HR Audit is over. 2 more to go - ISO certification and WITs. At least the big bomb is done. I won't meet anymore HR Audit ever. Something to be relieved about.

Think about it...

The only forgiveness we can ever need to do is the forgiving of ourselves for not having seen the other person as perfect and divine. The problem is never out there with the other person, but exists only within us as misperception. Whatever we condemn in others we have condemned in ourselves, repressed, denied and then projected onto others.

Getting sick and tired of things. I also think that things are getting alittle too much. quite pissed off. i mean, being awarded things which I think isn't. Well.. . thats the way things work. aye. im just gg to get done and over with these things.

Audit for my unit is finally over. Only to hear that there is another one coming up in the middle of the year. It has been really though balancing both rugby and work. The days where you come back to work on weekends. Days where u come back on public holidays (spending the new yr at work). Days where u come back camp during ur trg break or after trg. Its all over. For now.
There is definately plenty of lessons and experience to take back from this audit.
On the other side of work, I'm lucky to be given the opportunity to do smth which im passionate about- rugby! Currently coaching and training with the 3 div team.

Currently waiting for- NLP Master Practitioner Course.
